KINGSTON, Jamaica — Red, Amber & Green, a recent production by Christopher Byfield, has made its transition to television.
Byfield, in his 20s, has entered a deal with Flow/Jamaica for the film to be carried on the cable system’s channel for the month of January.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed, however, this a milestone for the film-maker in his first solo production.
Red, Amber & Green is a production from the heart,” said Byfield. “I was inspired to produce this film in an attempt to highlight the reality of life for many of us Jamaicans. At the same time, I wanted to show people that even if they’re struggling, there’s always hope and blessings to count.”
“Red, Amber & Green” airs on Wednesdays at 9 pm on Flow TV, Channel 100, and repeats every Fridays at 9:30 pm and Sundays at 6:30 pm.
