If you are curious about Cumbia dancing or never danced Cumbia before this is the class you should join! Our Absolute Beginner Training Day is an easy to follow, fun, and effective course for brand new studnets and ultra beginners. This is ideal for singles and couples that like to learn the basics and foundation turns of Cumbia dancing. You don’t need to bring a dance partner, and if you do, you can stay together. No dancing experience required.

Cumbia Training Course Material: Learn techniques in leading and following, basic steps, basic turns, how to recognize the music, dance etiquette, beginner dance combinations and figures. Bonus dance: We will do a little bit of Merengue to warm up as well. During the whole course we will help you each step of the way.

👕 Casual / Gym attire. Low heels or flats. Leather soles recommended. Avoid rubber soles and sandals.

👥 Event is for ages 14+ to dance, 21+ to drink.
