Are you looking for something fun to do? How about learning how to dance Bachata? This is a great way to spend some time with your significant other, or if you are new in town, this will be an awesome activity to learn and soon get out Latin dancing in Houston to make some new friends!

Welcome to Latin Dance Factory’s Absolute Beginner Bachata 101 Crash Course. This is an easy to follow, fun, and effective course for brand new students and ultra beginners. We will teaching you the fundamental footwork and turns of Bachata dancing. It’s easier than you think! We will also teach you the leading and following techniques to make learning how to dance easier and much more fun.

With just a little practice, we will have you getting your groove on in the Houston Latin dance scene. Singles and couples welcome. You don’t need to bring a dance partner, and if you do, you can stay together. No dancing experience required.

🥇 Ultra beginners! We start from scratch. No experience required.

👕 Casual / Gym attire. Low heels or flats. Leather soles recommended. Avoid rubber soles and sandals.

🍹 Food and bar available.

👥 Event is for ages 18+ to dance, 21+ to drink.

COURSE SCHEDULE

7PM: Intro and foundations

8PM: Improver figures, turns, footwork

9PM: Bachata figures and combinations

10PM: Social dancing till 11:30p

Early Bird: Start at $25/lady (Save $15) in advance*.

Early Bird: Start at $30/gent (Save $10) in advance*.

Thursday: $40/p (gent or lady) at the door.

✓ Couples* (partners, stay together during class):

Early Bird: Start at $45 (Save $20) in advance. Online only. Register by Wednesday at midnight.

Thursday: $55/couple online | $60/couple at the door.

*Couples can walk-in to any crash course and pay at the door.

Do not show up unnannounced. This is a 3-hour course. We need to keep the ratio between leads and follows even.
