Happy New Year 2024 everyone! Are you looking for something fun to do? How about learning how to dance Bachata? This is a great way to spend some time with your significant other, or if you are new in town, this will be an awesome activity to learn and soon get out Latin dancing in Houston to make some new friends!

Welcome to our Absolute Beginner Bachata 101 Crash Course. This is an easy to follow, quick, and effective course for brand new students and ultra beginners. It’s easier than you think! You will have so much fun!

Singles and couples welcome. You don’t need to bring a dance partner, and if you do, you can stay together. No dancing experience required.

Please RSVP to save your spot and keep the class balanced.

🥇 Ultra beginners! We start from scratch.

👕 Casual / Gym attire. Low heels or flats. Leather soles recommended. Avoid rubber soles and sandals.

🍹 Bar available.

👥 Event is for ages 18+

COURSE SCHEDULE

7PM: Check-in / Intro and foundations

8PM: Fundamental turn patterns, basic variations, isolations

9PM: Bachata waves, figures, and combinations

10PM: Social dancing till 11plus

HOW TO JOIN / TICKET PRICE

✓ Early Registration: $25/lady, $30/gent, $45/couple. In advance, paid online.

✓ Door Registration on Thursday: $35/person at the door Text for availability. Do not show up unannounced.

✓ If you like to pay at the door, text us at 832-413-2623 “Bachata Course, + name of student(s)”

✓ Singles, please do not walk-in. We need to keep the ratio between leads and follows even.

We accept cash, Venmo, Cashapp and Zelle. Please no credit cards at the door.

✓ Free street parking in Downtown after 6pm.

✓ Do not park in valet, commercial, or emergency red zones.

✓ Garage parking for $7 at 805 Franklin St. Just one block away.

✓ Take your valuables with you or hide them in your trunk out of plain view.

✓ No outside drinks allowed to any class or social.
