You could call it our version of a support group to ensure we all stay on track towards our individual goals.
We'll share eating tips, working routines and encouraging words of advice when we fall off to get us back on the bike.
We will also list our progress in terms of weight or BMI as a sign to gauge where we are.
Pictures of food, of yourself, your workout rare always welcomed too.
